Q: Do you accept Credit Cards?

A: Yes. We accept American Express, Master Card, Discover and Visa


Q: Do you accept Checks?

A: Yes. However, NSF checks will force us to place that account on a C.O.D. cash only basis. The account will also be subject to a $25.00 charge each time we have to redeposit the check throught the bank.



Q: What format should my logo be in when I give it to you?

A: You may submit your logo to us in one of three ways:
Hard Copies such as Photographic Prints, slides or Negatives. Disc Types such as 100 or 250 M Zip Disks, 3 1/2" Floppy Disks or CD-R or CD-W.
Digital Files such as .TIF, .PDF, .PSD, .AI or .JPG

Q: Can I return Merchandise?

A: Special Order items are Non-returnable. We cannot accept
returns on products that are over 90 days from the purchase date. Products returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge.


Q: Do you offer warranties on the merchandise I buy?

A: Warranties are made by the manufacturer of our different
product lines. For warranties of a specific manufacturer,
please call us.
